Property Management Meeting
We will be meeting on March 24th, 2014 at 11:00 am at MIFA. I hope that you can attend. We will be moving forward to free our neighborhood of property owners that are housing illegal activities. We also wish that since you are property owners you will attend to learn of the laws that we are enforcing to bring up the property value in the neighborhood and to free the neighborhood of unwanted traffic.
We are suggesting that property owners keep their properties clean from trash, overgrown grass and weeds and to light up their lots. Also we will discuss the appearance of properties including dumpsters misplaced and fences that are broken down. We suggest property managers to maintain cleaning of properties to keep the outside appearance neat and clean. Please join in to help your property value increase. We can only do so much by ourselves so we're asking that you participate. Thanks.

Thanks for your continue support with helping Peabody Vance Neighbors Association clean up our neighborhood.
On November 30th at 7:30 a.m. we have scheduled a clean up. Joining forces with 25 Squares – Public Works. The City of Memphis Code Enforcement is presently canvassing our neighborhood and issuing citations to those that are in violations.
The proper authority MPD – O.C.U. are working on trouble properties public nuisance and illegal activities.
We are hoping to get more neighbors involved in our efforts to maintain a clean and safe place to live. I will be mailing out the official notice to all business and property owners seeking their support to comply with city code and neighborhood guidelines. We're hoping that neighbors will support this important cleanup project.
It would be great to add your logo to our letter. We have included 25 Squares' logo on our letter and know the importance of yours. Please see the attached letter. Please let us know if we can add your logo so as to show your support.
If it should create a problem I understand. If not please send logo no later than Tuesday, November 19th so that I can get letters in the mail. Again your continue support is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
